Associate Product Manager

Product Development: Assist in defining product requirements and writing detailed user stories. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and deliver products. Market Research & Analysis: Assist in Performing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product offerings. Product Roadmap & Strategy: Support the development of product roadmaps and prioritise features based on user needs and business objectives. Track and communicate progress, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer supporteams to ensure product success. Assist in the creation of training materials, product documentation, and marketing content. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behaviour. Identify key metrics and prepare reports to assess the success of product initiatives. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
