Product Designer

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer to create exceptional, user-centered experiences that drive business growth. You will partner with the Product Manager, combining business understanding with your expertise in UX design. Your ability to simplify complex workflows, along with your strong user research skills, will be essential to our product's success. Responsibilities: Design and deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences with a focus on optimal user flows. Collaborate with the Product Manager on strategy, translating business requirements into user-focused designs. Expertly digest complex operational workflows, identify user pain points, and create intuitive solutions. Plan, conduct, and analyze user research (especially in-person), synthesizing findings into actionable insights. Translate user research insights into data-driven design decisions. Develop and maintain wireframes, designs, and prototypes, informed by user research and data. Use data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to understand user behavior and optimize designs. Proactively engage in all product team activities. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer. Experience in supply chain or logistics operations is a plus. Proven ability to simplify complex information into user-friendly designs. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in crafting exceptional user flows and experiences. Deep understanding and practical experience in user research methodologies. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma). Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
