IR Physician Assistant | Full-Time | Onsite | Expanding Program + Advanced Clinical Environment

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday - Dayshift
• Support a comprehensive IR program with a strong focus on image-guided procedures and patient management
• Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development

• → Assist with and perform image-guided procedures, including:
• →Paracentesis and thoracentesis
• →Biopsies and drain placements 
• →Central line placements and vascular access procedures
• →Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care, including evaluations, education, and follow up
• →Monitor patients during procedures and manage any immediate complications 
• →Conduct patient assessments, including history and physical exams
• →Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• →Work closely with Interventional Radiologists, nursing staff, and technologists

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program recognized by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Active or eligible for Physician Assistant licensure in New York State
• 1+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology preferred

The compensation range for the position is $150,000 - $175,000/ year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
