Responsibilities

First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:  

→9+12 years of software development experience; 5+ years of experience managing engineers

→Prior experience at a hypergrowth company required; healthcare experience preferred

→Experience managing teams that have purview across a cloud-based tech stack (AWS preferred)

→Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated history of working asynchronously and remotely with clear and candid communication.

→A continual drive to clear the path for your team so that they can do their best work; comfortable jumping into unfamiliar territories to achieve this goal

→Passion for developing engineers in a full range of professional skills; experience developing peers or managing managers preferred

→Ability to maintain a healthy balance between speed to proof-of-concept and robust, ideal systems.

→Experience driving organization-wide initiatives to improve outcomes in engineering.

→Experience in using AI for technical and organizational transformation.

What We Offer

The role offers a base salary range of $190,000 - $220,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
