The Opportunity

The Officer, Grant Operations manages the day-to-day operations of the Grants function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of all grant recommendations including domestic and international grantmaking while maintaining adherence to organizational and IRS requirements.   This role supervises a team of grants associates, serves as a functional resource, and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders on DAF grantmaking. The Officer also contributes to process improvement and operational initiatives as needed. 

 

The Officer, Grant Operations role is a full time, remote position and can work from anywhere in the US with work hours aligning with Eastern Standard Time (9-5:30 with some flexibility).  As a remote, people-first culture, we care deeply about our team members’ connections to one another and as such, travel 2-3 times per year to company events will be required.
