Reconciliation Specialist

Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager to find your next opportunity.  Hourly pay rate: $23.00 per hour Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 4 pm The application deadline is May 8th The Reconciliation Specialist will create reports and procedures to identify areas for rebate growth efficiently, within the Company and Distribution Center standards.   You will:   Review rebate data prior to submission to ensure correct dollar amounts are claimed Review for additional rebate dollar opportunities to enhance company profitability Submit and collect rebates payment from vendors based on the various requirements from 35+ vendors (specific to collector) Reconcile any discrepancies between claimed amount and payment directly with vendors via email and phone Maintain and update procedural documents  Generate various reports    You have: A High School Diploma is the minimum; an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred. 1+ years in pricing, contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or data entry required, experience within a distribution or wholesale industry preferred.  Comfortability with high volume data input and speed and accuracy during task completion  Advanced Excel skills Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
