Responsibilities

→Support daily production activities of a consigned equipment at an OSAT working with their maintenance and facilities teams.
→Work with the process engineering team to monitor and analyze process metrics using advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques, driving continuous improvements in yield and equipment utilization.
→Oversee the creation and maintenance of equipment documentation, including specifications, training materials, and audit reports.
→Mentor junior engineers/technicians and provide technical guidance on plasma process development and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
→Typically requires a minimum of 12 years with bachelors or 8 years and a master’s degree; or 6 years and a PhD
→Direct experience managing SPTS or plasma therm tools for daily production including PMs, day to day troubleshooting, support new recipe creations
→Very strong knowledge of plasma etching, dicing, or related dry etch technologies.
→Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
→Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding teams to achieve technical excellence.
