Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Workplace Services Engineer Intern to join our Tallinn office.

As an WPS Intern, you will help bridge the gap between daily operations and long-term system optimisation. You will support the team by ensuring accurate Identity and Access Management (IAM) mappings, assisting with the preparation of upcoming system developments, and providing hands-on support for daily technical tickets to maintain a seamless workplace experience.

  • Refine IAM mapping and documentation to streamline and improve user access.
  • Contribute to the technical preparation and rollout of new system features.
  • Handle daily support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and support the stability of the WPS ecosystem.
  • Gain hands-on experience maintaining systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a basic understanding of IT systems and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Are able to clearly document processes in a structured and understandable way.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and explore how systems work.
  • Show a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to continuously develop your skills.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • An opportunity to learn from a diverse group of people who excel at what they do.
  • A paid internship from June to August.
  • A personal mentor — an experienced professional you can always reach out to.
  • Opportunities to expand your professional network and take part in events for our interns.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, work on impactful initiatives, and grow professionally. Ready to kick-start your career? Apply now!

When submitting your application, please ensure your CV is in English.
