The Manager of Web Experience & Operations owns day-to-day execution and optimization across Included Health’s marketing websites (includedhealth.com and doctorondemand.com) and microsites as a key growth and conversion channel. This role turns broader web strategy into clear priorities, manages publishing operations and intake, and drives high-quality execution across technical SEO, CRO, UX, and web publishing.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency in how websites are built, rendered, measured, and optimized at scale. They can evaluate how technical decisions affect discoverability across traditional SEO and AEO/GEO, apply best practices for site architecture and structured data, and use AI and LLM-based tools to improve efficiency and scale web and SEO operations. This role is primarily responsible for executing intake requests and managing day-to-day web production in support of the consumer marketing content strategy, ensuring work is launched accurately, efficiently, and on time.

5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, technical SEO, web publishing, or related roles, including hands-on responsibility for a production marketing website.

Strong experience with WordPress or a similar CMS, including page creation, content updates, site structure, publishing workflows, and technical troubleshooting in partnership with developers.

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, including experience owning intake, prioritization, and execution for multiple concurrent web initiatives.

Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, schema, internal linking, site architecture, redirects, canonicals, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, and the diagnostic frameworks used to identify and prioritize SEO issues.

Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including how front-end implementation and rendering decisions affect site performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Experience using AI and LLM-based tools to improve efficiency across technical SEO, web publishing, content operations, QA, or analysis workflows.

Experience running experiments and supporting conversion rate optimization on landing pages or website experiences.

Proficiency with web analytics and technical SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and related crawling, auditing, and reporting tools.

Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, communicate technical concepts clearly, and improve processes over time.

Strong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated industry.

Experience scaling client microsites, personalized web experiences, or B2B2C digital journeys.

Experience contributing to web governance, reusable templates, or scalable content models that improve team efficiency.

Experience working with Asana or similar tools to manage web issues, requests, and development workflows.

Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.

Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.

Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.

No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.

Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000 – $139,000 per year in the United States. This posted range reflects the portion of our internal salary band that is currently funded for new hires in this role across our standard labor markets (Zones A–C).
For context, these markets include Zone A (e.g., Phoenix AZ, San Antonio TX, Columbus OH, Charlotte NC), Zone B (e.g., Chicago IL, Denver CO, San Diego CA, Houston TX), and Zone C (e.g., Los Angeles CA, Seattle WA, Washington, D.C., Boston MA). At this time, we are not budgeting for hires in higher-cost Zone D markets (e.g., San Francisco Bay Area CA, New York City NY, San Jose CA) for this role. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location, skills, experience, and internal equity. We use structured salary bands and geographic zones based on cost of labor to keep pay fair and consistent.
