Team Leader - Data & Analytics Operations (SAP BW On Hana)

The Team Lead – Data & Analytics Operations will lead and manage a team responsible for supporting, monitoring, and continuously improving enterprise analytics platforms and reporting solutions. The role requires a proactive leader who can ensure operational excellence across analytics applications, data pipelines, and reporting platforms while driving process improvements, issue prevention, and service reliability.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP BW, Qlik, and BODS, combined with proven leadership experience in managing analytics operations teams. Knowledge of Azure Synapse and Databricks is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

The operations is on the pathway to move on to Synapse & Databricks. The Operations manager will also manage the operations and monitoring related to Databricks and Synapse

Responsibilities.

• Own end-to-end operational support for analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Support and actively contribute to the organization's analytics modernization roadmap, including migration initiatives involving Azure Synapse Analytics and Databricks.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Drive resolution of production issues through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, support playbooks, and knowledge repositories.

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 12 – 17 years in Analytical space
• Extensively worked SAP BW, Qlik, and BODS.
• Good Knowledge on  SAP Functional modules like SD, MM, PP, FI
• Worked on BI tools like PowerBI/Qlik
• Requires at least 5 years’ experience as a Lead.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work from office all 5 days a week
