Account Representative for Special Programs

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Guide international students through the class start process, providing practical assistance as necessary
- →Calculate and communicate final balances prior to graduation for students in special programs
- →Evaluate reports for third-party payments according to established guidelines
- →Communicate with international students regularly via phone, Salesforce, and Teams
- →Evaluate account status for students in special programs and implement past due procedures as needed
- →Serve student needs during residencies either virtually or in-person
- →Other duties as assigned by Coordinator or other management
Requirements
~1 min read- Associates degree required or work equivalent
- Bookkeeping desired
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and numbers
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills relating effectively with staff, students, and other departments
- Computer skills, primarily with Excel and web based programs
