Account Representative for Special Programs

• →Guide international students through the class start process, providing practical assistance as necessary
• →Calculate and communicate final balances prior to graduation for students in special programs 
• →Evaluate reports for third-party payments according to established guidelines
• →Communicate with international students regularly via phone, Salesforce, and Teams
• →Evaluate account status for students in special programs and implement past due procedures as needed
• →Serve student needs during residencies either virtually or in-person 
• →Other duties as assigned by Coordinator or other management

• Associates degree required or work equivalent

• Bookkeeping desired

• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and numbers
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills relating effectively with staff, students, and other departments
• Computer skills, primarily with Excel and web based programs
