Adjunct Faculty, Project Management - Online

• →Perform instruction-related duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance with the mission, policies and procedures of the college.
• →Employ a range of suitable strategies to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, encourage active learning in all students, maintain proper class related records, promptly assess student coursework, and apprise students of progress.
• →Articulate, current within his or her discipline, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning with related professional experience.
• →Incorporate Biblical principles into the content area • Communicate with the IWU community in a professional and academic manner. - (Essential)

• Doctorate in business or related discipline, PMP or PgMP certification and 3 or more years’ experience in both Agile and traditional project practices, or
• Masters in business or related discipline, PMP or PgMP certification and 5 or more years’ experience in both Agile and traditional project practices.

• 7+ years of work experience in a relevant business/industry preferred.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.

• Ability to model an active and mature personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise and active involvement in continuous education/scholarship in the field
• Passion and ability to teach effectively, including effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to motivate and connect with students of diverse ages, cultures, and backgrounds
• Ability to be engaged, reliable, and professional in a distributed work environment
• Proficiency in MS Office products and online Learning Management software
