Admissions Specialist (Part-time)

• →Evaluate all applicant files for admission. Have proficient knowledge of all National & Global programs in order to determine student eligibility into individual programs
• →Enter all transfer work into student information system 
• →Coordinate with enrollment areas on application requirements, acceptance issues and current student status 
• →Prepare student evaluations on all applicants and ensure the continued accuracy of the evaluation throughout the length of the program 
• →Work with academic advising staff to solve credit transfer questions 

• High School Diploma

• Experience in higher education preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set and reset priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task work environment
• Ability to attend to details with a high level of accuracy
• Sensitivity for managing confidential information
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills relating to complicated transcript evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Computer data entry skills
