Graduate Assistant - Imaginarium (Part-Time)

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide administrative support including filing, typing, copying, setting up appointments, travel arrangements and taking messages
- →Maintain program database as needed
- →Help organize/plan and participate in grant-related activities
- →Assist in curation, production and distribution of resources boxes
- →Oversee program and staff supplies, needs, etc.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in the field of ministry is preferred
- Event planning and administrative experience required. Ministerial experience in the local church preferred
- Model Christlikeness through his/her personal walk with God
- Foster and develop community for the purpose of transformational growth and service
- Execute and deliver complex events
- Solve problems and manage conflict
