Housekeeper (1st Shift)

• →Under the direction of the Lead Housekeeper, the Housekeeper will maintain specified cleaning responsibilities in assigned buildings and should be able to make independent decisions to accomplish the day-to-day custodial responsibilities 
• →Knowledge in the operations of building services, related equipment and tasks as well as “best practices” for sanitizing and disinfecting cleaning processes 
• →Requires interaction with various staff members and fellow team members; ability to remain flexible while working closely with other housekeeping staff, in addition to all Facility Managers and departments across campus to coordinate specific services as needed 
• →May be required to work overtime as directed by supervision

• High School Diploma

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team member on detailed day-to-day tasks

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
