We are looking for a Global Support Intern to join our team for a Summer Internship from early June to late August. In this role, you will support the management of customer dissatisfaction cases and contribute to protecting the company’s public reputation.

Working closely with the team, you will help handle complex customer situations, support de-escalation efforts, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities through case analysis. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, escalation management, and operational improvement within a fast-paced international environment.

  • Support proactive communication through different channels, aiming for customer de-escalation.
  • Assist in managing and resolving customer dissatisfaction cases.
  • Help analyze service breaks and customer complaints to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
  • Support decision-making processes related to compensation and case resolution.
  • Document cases accurately to ensure clear follow-up and actionable feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights from recurring issues.
  • A student or recent graduate available for a full-time summer internship from early June to late August.
  • Interest in customer experience, reputation management, complaints handling, or escalation support.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with sensitive situations.
  • Emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience.
  • Structured thinking and good judgment.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and motivation to contribute to continuous improvement.
