With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

The Regional Operations Lead is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the consistent, high-quality execution of core operational processes across all depots in the region (USA & Canada). You will act as the critical link between central teams and local execution, driving performance on key KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency, and Ancillary Availability.

This role demands analytical thinking, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The Regional Operations Lead supports the Regional Director both strategically and operationally, while directly managing a team of high-performing Operations Analysts.

 

 

  • Ensure execution of core processes across all depots at high quality and consistency.

  • Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper deployment of central initiatives in the field.

  • Oversee regional adherence to central scheduling tools, planning logic, and standards to maintain alignment and visibility.

    • Drive performance improvements on KPIs including Customer Satisfaction, Ancillary Availability, and Operational Efficiency.

    • Support root cause analysis and performance recovery efforts when KPIs are off track.

    • Establish and maintain a performance reporting rhythm with local teams.

    • Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

    • Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of the team.

    • Act as the operations conduit between central teams (e.g., Supply Chain, CX, Product) and local depots.

    • Partner closely with the Regional Director and BROMs to align on strategic priorities and execution plans.

    • Oversee strategic initiatives such as new depot openings, super depot transformation, and expansion efforts.

    • Take ownership of key regional suppliers and partners.

    • Ensure the availability of ancillary products and extras across depots through accurate forecasting, procurement planning, and disciplined stock management.

     

    • Have 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, or a fast-growing scale-up.

    • Have led small to medium-sized teams and enjoy coaching and developing others.

    • Are an expert in driving performance using KPIs and operational metrics.

    • Understand how to bridge central planning and local execution.

    • Are obsessed with process consistency, but flexible enough to adapt when needed.

    • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and levels.

    • Have a solid grasp of tools like Excel/GSheets, project management software.

    • Are fluent in English and availability to travel if needed.
