Indie Campers, the go-to campervan marketplace, is on a mission to make road trips available to everyone. Thanks to its digital approach and customer-centric orientation, Indie Campers has developed a strong booking experience and high-quality road trips at affordable prices.

With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

Rooted in a deep technological focus, our challenges are both exciting and demanding and require top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued. We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.

As a Regional Operations Analyst, you will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your region.

You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, ranging from real estate expansion projects and day-to-day property management to ensuring health and safety standards are met and developing a strong network of local partners and suppliers.

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Lead, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operations. This is a highly KPI-driven role: you will be measured on the performance of the processes you own, and expected to continuously identify opportunities to optimise them and reduce operational costs.

  • Become an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation within your region
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational cost per booking
  • Monitor and report on regional operational KPIs, using data to identify root causes of underperformance and to prioritise corrective actions
  • Support regional and local leadership teams in achieving operational targets and business objectives
  • Act as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality and operational standards are consistently met
  • Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry services, gas suppliers, cleaning companies, and other operational partners
  • Execute regional stock replenishment procedures to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations, optimising stock levels and avoiding excess cost
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of real estate standards, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Procure, negotiate, and manage suppliers, with a clear focus on cost reduction and service level improvement
  • Support the expansion of the regional network through real estate sourcing, procurement, and supplier development initiatives
  • Standardise and document processes across depots to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar), Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, continuous improvement, or facilities management
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimisation, ideally with exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and KPIs to support decision-making and measure impact
  • Track record of contributing to cost reduction or efficiency gains
  • Proactive and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve operational challenges effectively
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow and improve structured procedures with precision and consistency
  • Collaborative team player, willing to work closely with regional and local teams to achieve common objectives
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges
  • Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German, Italian, and/or French skills are a plus
