We are seeking an experienced Lead Exotic Technician to join our growing luxury and exotic service team. This is an opportunity to work on some of the world's most prestigious brands while earning industry-leading compensation in a shop that values craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork.

• Extensive experience with luxury or exotic vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus.

• Diagnose and repair high-performance and exotic vehicles.
• Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Handle complex engine, transmission, suspension, and electronic repairs.
• Mentor fellow technicians and help develop the next generation of talent.
• Perform quality control inspections on high-value repairs.
• Deliver first-time repair quality while maintaining manufacturer standards.
• Work closely with advisors and management to provide an exceptional ownership experience.

• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program
• Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation

• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check

Pay range for this role is: $100,000 - $200,000 per year

Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
