Product Operations Manager

The Product Operations Manager owns the operational backbone of experimentation and the SuperApp home screen across two product lines — UX and Personalization. This person turns the home screen into a reliably-governed shared surface and runs the end-to-end A/B testing pipeline so that Product Managers spend their time on decisions, not on test mechanics. 

They own the in-house experimentation platform's day-to-day operations, the home-screen admin panel, event instrumentation quality, and the single source of truth for all running and planned experiments. They act as the intake point for every team that wants to test on our surfaces, and the coordinator who prevents conflicting experiments and launches from colliding.
