Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is the largest independent full-line manufacturer of custom power distribution systems in North America. Responsibilities

→Research and compile a catalog of relevant industry conferences, webinars, and technical events for the Application Engineering team.
→For each event, identify potential sponsors (internal or external) and align at least one activity or opportunity per team member (e.g., attending, presenting, training).
→Review existing dashboards and assist with refreshing visualizations and definitions.
→Explore current use of ServiceNow for AE-related workflows and identify opportunities to improve or standardize data capture.
→Support the refresh of dashboards by:

→Pulling quote drawing request data from Salesforce
→Supporting integration or data feeds into Tableau
→Spot-checking and double-checking data for accuracy and consistency
→Document data sources, field definitions, and any assumptions used in dashboards or reports.
→

An “AE Events & Activities” catalog with recommended events and proposed assignments/sponsors for each team member.
Updated or refreshed AE productivity dashboards (ServiceNow/Tableau/Salesforce inputs) with a brief data-validation summary.

Requirements

Currently enrolled at an accredited university studying Computer Science / Data Analytics

Both capstone deliverables will be provided in a slideshow presentation format.
