- Perform operational tasks related to the assembly of electronic components and systems in accordance with electrical schematics and technical documentation, including soldering, assembly, wiring, and basic testing within integrated systems.
- Participate in production activities in accordance with plans and instructions from supervisors and provide feedback on identified technical or process issues during the assembly and testing of electronic systems.
- Conduct basic quality checks during production and adhere to internal procedures, quality standards, and occupational safety rules.
- Record completed production activities, testing results, and identified irregularities, and report them to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with production team members and other relevant departments, including the Research and Development Division, and participate in field activities related to installation, testing, functionality verification, and troubleshooting.
- Actively participate in training and development activities and continuously build the technical knowledge and skills required for work tasks in the field of electronics.
- Minimum secondary school diploma in a technical field.
- Basic understanding of production processes and work methodologies in the areas of assembly, wiring, and testing of electronic systems.
- Basic understanding of technical documentation, measurement results, and simple reports within production activities.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and assemblies (e.g., diodes, transistors, amplifiers, microcontrollers), electrical schematics, and their application in the production and integration of electronic systems.
- Basic use of a hand soldering iron, multimeter, and basic measurement tools.
- Basic knowledge of tools and software used for creating and reading electronic schematics, wiring, and system testing (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle – preferred).
- Knowledge of industrial standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements relevant to the production and testing of electronic systems.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to follow instructions, organize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Motivation to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within the role.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
