Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role You will help develop online training and educational resources by combining e-learning UX/UI, graphic design, and authoring tools in collaboration with Instructional Designers, Project Coordinators, and Subject Matter Experts. * Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with Instructional Designers to integrate graphics and visual elements into storyboards * Digital Learning Development: Design and develop engaging digital learning products, including interactive e-learnings, videos, and multimedia content * UX/UI & Visual Design: Create user interfaces, interactive elements, and visual designs that cater to different learning styles; Support its integration into e-learning authoring tools * Visual Storytelling: Translate complex information into clear graphics, infographics, and illustrations; Refine and enhance visuals in presentations for engagement and effectiveness * Brand Governance: Ensure compliance with Infineon's design and brand guidelines across all assets Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are curious about new topics and enjoy sharing knowledge simply and engagingly. You can work collaboratively across different teams and functions, adapt to changing project requirements, and meet deadlines. * Education: Have a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field * Technical Skills: Comfortable using PowerPoint; Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia or Adobe Premiere) is a plus; Experience with, or willingness to learn, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) * UX/UI Principles: Knowledge of graphic design and UX/UI design principles for e-learning is a plus * 3D/Animation Solutions: Knowledge of 3D concepts and workflows, or interest in integrating 3D visuals or animations into digital learning solutions, is a plus * Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory); Knowledge of German is a plus Please apply with your CV in English.
