Distribution Finance Specialist (f/m/div)

As a Distribution Finance Specialist on our Corporate Functions team, you ensure processes run efficiently, you bring clarity, and dependable support to the heart of the company. Are you in? Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Distribution Finance Specialist, you will own core distribution finance processes. You will ensure accurate prices, claims, credits, sales and inventory data, and provide timely reports and insights * Reconcile distributor POS (sell‑out) and inventory data with internal records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies * Manage weekly POS issues and perform data corrections across POS and inventory datasets, including uploads and adjustments * Validate pricing on invoices and open orders; process billing corrections (cancel & rebill) * Coordinate stock rotation programs to support inventory optimization and process related commissions for overstock or discontinued product sell-out * Support and monitor stock transfers across distributor locations or regions * Review and validate Ship & Debit claims received from distributors; issue claims reports detailing accepted, rejected, and adjusted items with justification * Manage end‑to‑end price protection processes by re-evaluating distributor inventory after price changes and triggering corresponding credits or debits Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn, while also being an excellent team player. You have a continuous improvement mindset with adaptability to digital tools and process changes. * A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent fields of studies * Between 1-3 years of experience in controlling, financial planning and analysis, accounting, audit, or shared services roles * Strong Excel proficiency including pivot tables, lookups, index-match, formulas, and charts (Power Query and VBA skills are a plus) * Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (ideally SAP FI/CO and SAP CRM) * Exceptional analytical thinking and numerical accuracy, with close attention to detail * Service-oriented approach, with solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills * Fluency in English Please send us your CV in English.
