Engineer Product Development

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Support R&D activities specifically related to new product / technology development, characterization, and qualification. * Initial 1st silicon product debug and optimization for customer sampling and qualification. * Characterize products for manufacturing enhancement opportunities. * Product/Process optimizations to improve the yield/quality while reducing the test time of devices. * Perform and maintain electrical test methodologies to ensure products meet data sheet specifications. * Develop test software, programs, methodologies and define test parameters associated with electrical testing and characterization. * Develop necessary production processes and related documentation for factories. * Perform necessary sustaining and reporting activities for high-volume IC manufacturing. * Analyze test yields and fallouts and provide feedback to related engineering areas on causes and improvements. * Perform failure analysis to determine root causes of failures, to recommend and implement solutions for problem resolution. * As required, re-characterize the product/process. * Improve the quality and reliability of products manufactured. * Work on related projects and/or assignments as needed. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * New graduates with no working experience or recent graduates with no more than 2 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply. * Possess Bachelor, Master’s degree or PhD in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics or equivalent technical field of studies. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and passionate about learning. * Ability to work in team-based organizations. * Good understanding in programming / scripting languages such as C,C++, Python, and Perl. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
