FAE - Automotive Ethernet

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including customer presentation * Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations, reports, documents and technology demonstrations * Support customer product development and design * Support customer issue analysis and resolution * Responsible for the development, debugging and maintenance of Ethernet port-related drivers, including core modules such as PHY drivers, MAC, SerDes, and PCS * Locate and resolve compatibility, performance and stability issues of Ethernet ports encountered by the customers * Develop test scripts to assist in customer system debug and issue resolution Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * B.S/M.S. in Engineering * 3+ years of professional technical experience in Automotive Ethernet Switch and PHY products, with clear logical thinking and meticulous work attitude * Strong embedded software development experience and be familiar with AVB/TSN; automotive software experience (e.g., AUTOSAR) is a plus * Familiar with automotive hardware development process, with experience in automotive development * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and take initiative * Familiarity with Ethernet protocols is a plus * Experience of Linux system is a plus * Fluent English Contact: lucy.shi@infineon.cn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
