Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * HR Platform Support: Create, maintain, and continuously improve our MyHR (HR Digital Platform) knowledge content, including Knowledge Articles and Topic Pages * HR Content Support: Assist with Human Resources (HR) content updates, policy-related changes, and multilingual content management * Internal Communications: Contribute to internal communications, presentations, and user documentation * Operational and Project Support: Support operational activities and cross-functional initiatives across the MyHR team * Event Coordination: Assist in planning workshops, meetings, and follow-up activities * Employee Experience Optimization: Help identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall employee experience Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are a strong communicator with excellent organizational and coordination skills. You are motivated by working in an international and collaborative environment. * Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Information Management, or a similar field * Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel * Working Style: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn * Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); German knowledge would be a strong advantage Please apply with your CV in English so we can get to know you better.
