Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * HR Audit & Questionnaire support: Support internal and external HR audits by assisting with the coordination of activities and preparing briefing sessions. Contribute to the HR audit community by maintaining iShare content and preparing communications, and provide administrative support for questionnaire processes * Document management: Administrative support on updating presentations and further material; Support the document management system, uploading/updating global documents when requested, and reviewing supporting documents * Collaboration & communication: Assist the responsible counterpart for global documents and communication with process owners; Support the Project Managers in various topics such as operational excellence initiatives or post-merger integration * Projects support: Support special projects and tasks as capacity allows, while building a comprehensive overview of People Services Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Education: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, (International) Business Administration, or a similar field * Previous experience: Experience in Human Resources or in advisory/consultancy roles would be a great advantage * Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office; Good stakeholder management skills * Working style: Proactive and communicative person, who takes the initiative; constant improvement mindset and a problem-solving attitude * Languages: Good command of English Please send us your CV in English so we can get to know you better Contact: Catarina Meireles #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
