Internship - Test Hardware Engineer

Join period: Anytime from July 2026 onwards. The intern will work with the Bangkok team and collaborate with colleagues in Singapore to improve test hardware logistics, tracking, dashboards, interposer design support, AI-related project assistance, and board buy-off activities. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Support test hardware logistics and process activities for the BK Kteam, including tracking, documentation, and follow-up of hardware status * Develop or improve automation tools for test hardware tracking,reporting, and dashboard visualization * Assist with interposer design-related tasks, including requirement clarification, design checking, documentation, and coordination with relevant engineers * Assist engineers with board buy-off activities, including preparation, checklist tracking, issue logging, measurement support, and documentation of results * Help maintain clear records of project progress, action items, risks,and open issues for test hardware and automation topics * Work with engineers from different functions and locations to collect requirements, clarify technical details, and provide timely updates Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Currently studying Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field * Basic knowledge of digital electronics and analog electronics * Programming experience with Python * Java programming knowledge is a plus * Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, data analysis, or automation projects is a plus Contact: Hillary Woo #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
