Manager, External Wafer Manufacturing Operations

Manage Silicon Foundry related operations for Infineon products, including new tape out (NPI) support and ramp-up of new products, to ensure on-time delivery with stable high yield and quality. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role 1.Manage Silicon Foundry related operations for Infineon products, including new tape out (NPI) support and ramp-up of new products, to ensure on-time delivery with stable high yield and quality. 2.Manage cross-functional team to drive the manufacturing excellence of Infineon products in advance technology node at Silicon Foundries. * Achieve operation team targets in yield, delivery performance, and quality (incl. new product ramp-up) * Manage matrix team with partners and keep all necessary partners informed (internally and externally) * Make or drive timely decisions needed for daily operations * Take ownership on actions to prevent/handle excursions * Drive implementation on action items and correction measures at Foundries after MRB/excursion/spill * Reporting and controlling of daily operations 3.Support and maintain the partnership together with Procurement and TQTM (Technology Quality & Technology * Establish and maintain relationship with partners (e.g. fab management) * Keeping management and related parties informed about operation status and topics 4.Drive foundry to achieve highest quality standard and ensure zero-defect executed for production. Drive to prevent FAR and MRB. 5.Lead and coordinate end customer audit at Silicon Foundry. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1.Master of Science in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering degree. 2.Experience in Fab process integration, product engineering, wafer sorting or customer service engineering. IC design experience will be a plus. 10+ years work experience is required. 3.Technologies transfers and ramp experience is preferred but not a must 4.Team Player 5.Proactive attitude for new challenges and problem solving 6.Multicultural experience 7.Willingness for business travel 8.English fluency is a must #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
