Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Collaborate across web analytics, paid media, and sales pipeline data to optimize the B2B customer journey * Develop propensity-to-design-win scoring models, combining engagement signals (downloads, page views, product interest) with CRM insights to rank ISPNs and contacts by their likelihood of moving to socket or design win * Integrate advanced LLMs and AI agents seamlessly with enterprise systems, APIs, and diverse data sources * Apply deep domain expertise to resolve complex business and technical challenges and improve processes * Lead projects or project steps, ensuring quality and timely delivery of outcomes * Serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues, including training junior staff * Work independently, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining compliance with internal policies Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Statistics, or a related field * 5 years of relevant NLP/AI/ML experience, including 2 years leading LLM, Gen AI, RAG, and Agentic AI initiatives * Hands-on expertise in multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, tool/memory/routing design, and integration of LLMs/agents with enterprise systems and APIs * Experience with agent protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A), open-source agent gateways, and proficient in scripting languages (especially Python); basic web development knowledge is a plus * Solid understanding of software engineering and development cycles * Highly motivated, structured, and self-driven team player – adaptable with strong cross-cultural and customer-oriented skills * Fluent English communication skills Please send us your CV in English.
