Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Drive system understanding for our software offering in Motor Controland LED applications * Use AI to integrate and develop middleware libraries and application software * Develop software prototypes * Assure the code quality by AI-driven testing in the targeted system * Be responsible for the reusability in a platform development enviroment * Work with the team to decide which development processes to maintain or change * Collaborate closely with System Architects and Product Application Engineers Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or similar studies * At least 5 years experience in Software engineering * Profound knowledge in: agentic AI usage, C and Python * Certified scrum master is an advantage * Knowledge in hardware close/baremetal developing and testing * Preferable experience in RTOS, Zephyr, Ethernet Stack, CryptoLib, FusaLib and TrustZone * You know build systems, repositories and ticket systems * You know automotive development environments and chip peripherals * Experience in global organizations and ability to network in crossfunctional teams * Good communications skills in English, German would be a benefit Contact: Felix Krackau #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
