Regional Marketing Manager

Responsible to achieve memory product (RAM and NOR) design-win and revenue target in GC region. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role • Responsible to achieve memory product (RAM and NOR) design-win and revenue target in GC region. • Take charge of business development in TAIWAN area by deep engagement with customers, especially from automotive and server applications. • Get leading NOR products qualified and enrolled into preferred supplier list of server ODM and EMS customers. • Lead new product definition & proposal, especially to fit TAIWAN market requirements. • Take ownership of GC memory pricing strategy and align with Product Line. • Feedback, support & align with Headquarter on market and customer needs. • Supports G2M activities at product or application level by product management. • Provide product training to customers/distributors. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1\. Bachelor Degree or above, electrical engineering, computer science or related majors are preferred. 2\. 5+ working experience in related field of memory (NOR and RAM preferred): Marketing, (Field) Application Engineering, Sales etc. 3\. Rich knowledge on memory usage: characteristics of each kind of memory, Interface, system integration with chipsets etc. 4\. Experience from server applications is much preferred 5\. Good knowledge on hardware structure and design guidelines of embedded system. 6\. Fluent in oral and written English as working language 7\. Customer focus and self-motived in resolving complex issues 8\. Good communication skills and teamwork ability; 9\.
