Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role 1. Act as a technical expert of electrical test on power modules (IGBT/MOSFET). Planning and execution of electrical and thermal characterization of semiconductor power modules (IGBT/MOSFET/Diode) 2. Evaluating and analyzing data for decision-making on technical issues 3. Set up and maintain electrical test stations on semiconductor power modules (IGBT/MOSFET/Diode) 4. Set up and run a laboratory in Wuxi. 5. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1. University degree (Master's / PhD) in physics or electrical engineering 2. Have a solid knowledge of semiconductor physics and power electronic semiconductor components, e.g. IGBTs, MOSFETs and diodes 3. In addition, have initial experience in the field of electrical and thermal measurement technology 4. Be familiar with software solutions for the evaluation and analysis of measurement data 5. Solution-orientated, highly motivated and have a broad technical interest. Study and find innovative approaches together in a team, respecting different attitudes and points of view 6.
