Senior Engineer Information Technology

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Develop and maintain end-to-end solution architectures for Access Control and Video Surveillance systems across international sites * Review existing systems and develop modernization, migration, and lifecycle strategies aligned with enterprise standards * Support cut-over, rollout, acceptance testing, and operational handover to business * Evaluate emerging technologies, product and system releases, and architectural options to guide future solution decisions and provide recommendations * Support vendor selection, quotation reviews, implementation planning, and technical decision-making * Coordinate stakeholders across Security, IT, Operations, Facilities, vendors, and external providers Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in system architecture and design, system administration or technical consulting * Strong ability to connect business needs with technical and operational design * Experience in Access Control, Video Surveillance, or similar security-related solutions is highly desirable * Understanding of enterprise integrations, IT infrastructure, and operational processes * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align different interests into a practical solution * Ability to work across sites, regions, and cross-functional teams * Possess strong communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills * Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
