Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Lead/Support yield and quality improvement program Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard * Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback * Support new product releases * Support technology transfer projects * To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of product parameters * Support Production tools releases * Lead/support Technology Synchronization * Support technology FMEA updates * Support PCRB releases and MRB risk assessment Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science or any related field * Good interpersonal and effective communication skills * Good presentation skills with strong problem-solving skill * Able to perform under a fast paced and challenging environment * Willing to stretch extra miles to achieve overall organizational goals * Last CGPA : 3.00 and above * Preference will be given to candidates with strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics (e.g. pn junction diode, MOSFET, BJTs etc.) and wafer fabrication techniques and processes (e.g. diffusion, ion implantation, etching, photolithography, thin film deposition etc.) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
