Senior Engineer Resource Planning

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Perform Investment and Manpower (Headcount) planning, monitoring and controlling in Front End (FE) and Back End (BE) operation. * Be responsible for resource planning with readiness to support product transfer and capacity ramp up in Thailand manufacturing site. * Drive and manage for investment and headcount planning with accuracy and optimization under cross-functional teams collaboration. * Data analysis with automated tool such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, and Statistics with IE tools for productivity improvement in routine report and project tasks. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing field, Electronic or Semiconductor industry is preferable. * Advance in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point). Basic experience in Tableau, Power BI or Power Query is preferable. * Good communicate in English. * Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder * Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong Critical thinking and problem solving skills * Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
