Senior Manager Risk Management – Corporate Treasury (f/m/div)

As a Senior Manager Risk Management – Corporate Treasury in our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in? Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Manage the short-term funding/investment needs with subsidiaries (internal dealing) and for the Infineon Technologies AG Group (external dealing) and do the Liquidity planning (Liquidity Management), support the Cash Management team on selected tasks (Cash Management) * Manage foreign exchange needs of all group subsidiaries and the Group’s total FX exposure by dealing proactively and hedging even strategic FX or M&A related FX risks by using various derivative instruments (FX Management) * Support and execute externally the hedging of commodity transactions (Commodity Hedging), occasionally handle interest rate topics (Interest Rate Management) * Do the cash/liquidity status on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and support various Closing, financial statement and reporting activities (Reporting) * Communicate with global banks and external counterparties for day-to-day operations, contracts and other topics * Be the contact person for internal counterparties like Subsidiaries, Pensions, Risk Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Shared Service Center, IT * Improve and optimize the Treasury/Risk Management structure * Be involved in the ongoing SAP S/4 migration and other projects * Have to ensure compliance rules and procedures and maintain integrity Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Treasury or Accounting or a similar degree * At least 6 years of professional experience in the field of financial risk management, treasury or banking ideally in an international and multicultural environment * Good knowledge of financial risk products and services as well as international financial markets * Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work * Experience in dealing with SAP, Excel, financial data platforms as well as trading platforms * Fluency in German and in English Contact: Julie Danielsen Larsen, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
