You’re responsible for the Assembly & Test yields improvements for Power IC, Gatedriver, Current Controller, RF, MOSFET, IGBT products at OSAT factories. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role 1\. Ownership of Assembly & Test yields improvements for Power IC, Gatedriver, Current Controller, RF, MOSFET, IGBT products at OSAT factories by working with FE (Fabs) and BE Engineering teams 2\. Ability to work with internal and external customers on power IC, Gatedriver, Current Controller, RF, product quality improvement & zero defect goals 3\. Work with Technology Development, Divisions (Business units),Operations, Test Engineering, Packaging R&D and Quality teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, yield/quality improvements and defect reduction on Power IC, Gate driver, Current Controller, RF, products at OSAT Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1.Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics, Physics, Material or equivalent field in engineering & science 2\.
