12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.) Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * 12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.) * Strong Analog/Mixed/Power products test knowledge * Experience in defining test strategy for new products * Ensure DFT/DFM standards for new products * New products Test development experience from Design to release Production * Proven records with Test cost reduction techniques * Strong leader with Technical back ground * Experience in ATE Char/Qual Programs development * Well experienced in Test Hardware/Software qualification and release process * Good Work Experience in ETS800 tester platform. * Familiar in Programming languages ( C, C++ , Java, Python, etc.) Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Test Content development in ETS800/ 93K power tester * Test HW design & development * Qual/ATE Char program/HW development * New silicon test bring up/debug * Mentoring/Leading test engineering team on power products * Leading new products test development Contact: VidhiAshok.Thakkar@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
