As a Senior Staff FAE on our Sales team, you'll work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Partner with the business line and field team to create impactful training and collateral, and prepare compelling product overviews and technology demos. * Drive customer success across the full lifecycle: pre-sales (opportunity qualification, Proof‑of‑Concept/POC, demos) and post-sales (implementation and support). * Lead customer hardware/software evaluations and perform schematic and layout review of hardware designs. * Provide hands-on lab support for hardware and software bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting. * Understand and influence customer architectures to align with next‑generation products and the product roadmap. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 3+ years relevant experience * Strong coding in C and scripting languages; expert problem-solving plus hardware/software debug for embedded systems * Automotive-focused: experience with automotive design, communication protocols (Ethernet, I2C, CAN, LIN), and ARM Cortex‑R/M * Security-aware: familiarity with cyber security, including secure boot and secure communication * Excellent presentation and written communication; inclusive, collaborative, and customer-facing mindset, candidates from all backgrounds encouraged to apply * Willing to travel: ~20% local customer visits and ~10% longer-distance travel #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
