Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for critical production applications * Execute routine system maintenance, patching, and health checks to ensure optimal performance * Document incident findings, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborate cross-functionally with solution and operations teams to ensure seamless application integration and stability * Support global operations via a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * 2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Database * Expertise in Linux operating system * Advanced analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities * Proficient in programming, Python preferred * Very good English skills We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.775,27 (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
