Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Define and develop power semiconductors for automotive applications in the field of MOSFETs using simulation tools * Define, initiate and evaluate analysis in case of qualification failures or deviating product performance within development projects * Participate in and lead risk assessments and FMEAs * Lead innovation and pre-development projects Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in physics, ideally with a focus on semiconductor physics, or electrical engineering or a comparable course of study * At least 3-5 years of relevant technologically oriented professional experience * A profound technical understanding of power semiconductors * Sound knowledge in the development and manufacture of semiconductor products * An innovative and open mindset * Very good written and spoken German and English skills Contact: Felix Krackau #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
