Staff Engineer Test Engineering

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Responsible for developing test packages (test programs and hardware) for development, productivity, and quality improvement in GaN products * Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries * Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures * Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with product specifications and test program release requirements * Ensure timely transfer of engineering, reliability, and production test packages to various testing locations Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Degree in Electrical/Electronics or any other relevant engineering discipline * 5+ years of experience in product, yield, and test engineering * Broad knowledge in semiconductor processes, focusing especially in test process * Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, VBA / worked with tester platforms like IPTEST * Good interpersonal communication skills * Good analytical thought and problem-solving knowledge * Sense of responsibility, proactive, willing to out stretch under pressure & tight timeline #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
