Be responsible for daily sustaining, quality and productivity improvement in Molding process Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role 1. Be responsible for EOL process daily sustaining and quality/productivity improvement. 2. Analyze and trouble shooting for abnormality. Review all process related doc and cooperate with line to take improvement action forprocess optimizing and improving productivity. 3. Support line to assess maverick lot, analyze and dispose. Providesupport for other dept, equipment / material evaluation/buyoff and newproduct sample introduction and building. Performline OJTI assessment and release 4. Control all process related doc, timely review and approve the updated process doc.if necessary (FMEA/CP/PC/WI/BuildSheet) 5. Provide inline quality support for line quality improvement. Supportline to improve quality by implementing corrective action. Assess andanalyze per customer feedback. Lead and manage quality improvement team 6. Coach and conduct failure analysis to analyze failed products, reportyield lost for improvement. Continuously yield monitoring and reporting. 7. Perform self assessment based on EFQM questionnaires and otherqualification requirement. Support QM to meet the internal and externalcustomers audit. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree with over 3 years working experience on molding,better to know grinding 2. Good communication, reporting and presentation skills 3. Able to lead a team for problem solving and work cross function for process or productivity improvement 4. Good Logical and systematical thinking and strong statistical data analysis ability 5. Good oral and written English for international communications to coordinate global projects 6.
