Staff Specialist Operation Planner

Semiconductor Production Control and Planning (Location : Tokyo) 半導体後工程における生産管理業務 (勤務地：東京) グローバルTop10 かつ 車載半導体のリーディングカンパニーの生産管理のポジションです。 変化の激しい半導体業界でインフィニオンのバックエンドとして、Subconと一緒に業務拡大に貢献していただく大事な業務です。 グローバルな会社で海外のチームメンバーと一緒に働いてみませんか？ Key responsibilities in your new role * Submit Loading demand on supplier and acquire commitment * Check and confirm the demand (Backlog + Forecast) with Business Unit and/or Sales team if having any unclear information * Confirm the material availability (direct and indirect material) with related sections * Manage to have enough capacity at Back End (BE) Subcon factory * Manage to start and launch the products for the right products in right timing. * Provide clear instructions on BE Subcon factories for wip control * Manage Finished Goods output * Manage subcon supplier for appropriate priority control, wip and line capacity * Manage KPI, Cycle Time, On Time Delivery, wip accuracy, to monitor the performance of Subcon * Drive Factory to make continuous improvement Your Profile Must to have... * ネイティブレベルの日本語力, Native level Japanese Skill is required * English Skill, TOEIC score above 650 points. * コミュニケーションスキル * 2年以上の生産管理の経験, Experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Factory Manufacturing Control, for more than 2 years * PC スキル MS Office Tool (Excel, PPT, Word), VBA preferable * チームワーカー / Good team spirit * Logical thinking skill based on fact * Having ownership mind * 半導体後工程の知識、経験歓迎 Nice to have... * Experience on working for semiconductor industry. * Study abroad experience, Working abroad experience. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
