As a Staff Specialist Regional Product Marketing & Management in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Architect and execute, results-driven go-to-market strategies, drive go-to-market approaches per customer and per product family in order to expand Infineon’s market share in Microcontroller business throughout EMEA * Drive proactively RFQs at key automotive customers and identify key opportunities * Provide input for market/competitor insights, value proposition, business case creation, positioning, pricing and product roadmap for products from regional perspective * Adapt and deploy regional market introduction plan and manage regional G2M product level * Ensure design-wins together with sales and business development activities on product level including commercial synchronization * Deploy our pricing strategy on product level in the region and manage quoting for our product offering * Support Sales with Software offerings, including pricing, licensing, product positioning, and strategic partner offerings Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration * At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field (power semiconductors, microcontrollers or similar) * Understanding of Microcontroller product, incl. technical product understanding, market and competitor positioning * Price negotiation skills and proven product management experience * Flexibility to travel within Europe * Fluent English skills, German skills as a plus Contact: Theresa Albrecht #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
