Staff Specialist Warehouse

Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving,shelving, picking, packing, shipping, return/defective goods management,assets management and maintenance) to ensure the achievement of safety,quality, and delivery targets Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role 1\. Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving,shelving, picking, packing, shipping, return/defective goods management,assets management and maintenance) to ensure the achievement of safety,quality, and delivery target 2\. Collaborate across departments such as planning, production, quality,procurement, finance, and other function to optimize end-to-end processes and inventory strategies 3\. Monitor and improve core KPIs (inventory accuracy, efficiency, cost),regularly provide operational reports and improvement plans 4\. Implement EHS, 5S, ISO, and internal control requirements, execution fulfill on-site audits and certification, as well as ensure operation comply with regulations and customer requirements 5\. Lead or participate in lean improvement and digitalization projects(5S, Kaizen, process/layout optimization, KPI dashboards) to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance 6\. Study, plan, implement and coordinate warehouse related project 7\. Coach team members on performance and people develop is in workscope 8\. Support other tasks assigned by report manager Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1\. Minimum 5-year solid logistics experience in warehouse management area 2\. Familiar with MS Office and ERP system, experience of SAP EWM is aplus 3\. Good communication and interpersonal skills 4\. Basic English writing skills is required, fluency in spoken languageis a plus 5\.
