Supply Chain Planner (f/m/div)

Your Role As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be part of a team which is responsible for the success of a product portfolio and align with multiple stakeholders to enable a profitable growth. You will drive supply chain projects, developing and implementing strategies to optimize the flow of goods, services and information, while minimizing costs and mitigating risks. Key responsibilities in your new role * Provide customer-oriented solutions in case of supply chain disruptions * Monitor delivery commitments of the global production facilities * Have full responsibility for stocks of finished goods regarding the assigned product portfolio * Steer production plan to achieve business revenue targets and optimize capacity utilization * Analyze and fix deviations in production plan and order management * Coordinate allocation in case of bottlenecks in multiple production lines * Manage ramp-up/down plans and planned product changes * Align Volume Rolling Forecasts with Marketing and Production Lead supply chain projects or work packages and have accountability for ongoing activities Your Profile You are a highly motivated and results-driven person with excellent communication skills and a strong hands-on approach. You act as an entrepreneur with focus on supply opportunities and risks. Additionally, you can demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, and maintain a positive and proactive approach in challenging situations. You work effectively in a global team environment and have a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Furthermore, you are a strong process-orientated thinker with an analytical mindset, able to analyze data and develop and drive effective solutions. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Have a University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Computer Science or any equivalent field * 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field * Have previous experience in the Supply Chain area * Have the ability to deliver effective presentations to stakeholders * Are proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel * Have basic experience in project management * Fluency in English, German is an advantage * Have knowledge of SAP, VBA, Power BI, and Tableau (a plus) * Are willing to travel occasionally for business purposes Contact: Lilla.Ormos@infineon.com , LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
