Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Join our Sales & Marketing Operations team and support the Consumer, Computing, Communications segment in a dynamic and fast-paced Sales & Marketing environment. In this role, you will contribute to global strategy development and performance management, support management meetings on segment and Infineon corporate level as well as assist in sales operations and governance facilitation. * Shape the future: Actively contribute to the execution of high-impact strategic processes in Sales & Marketing * Data is everything: Analyze complex business performance datasets to derive meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making * Convince with words: Translate complex analyses into clear and concise presentations for executive business leaders * Reliable work: Support the governance of global performance reviews and strategy read-outs and ensure the preparation and follow-up are executed with attention to detail and deadlines * Expand your horizons: Interface with a broad range of other functions like our regional Sales and Marketing teams, product divisions and other central functions Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Study Field: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field with outstanding academic performance * Experience: You bring relevant experience from internships or working student roles * Skills: Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work with complex datasets using Excel (Tableau is a plus), efficiency in preparing structured presentations in PowerPoint; experience or interest in collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, iShare) or AI tools is a plus * Way of Working: Highly structured, proactive, and result-oriented, with attention to detail and a strong drive to take ownership and deliver results * Personality: Communicative team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders in an international environment * Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus Please attach the following documents to your application: * CV in English * Certificate of enrollment at university * Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) * High school report Important information: * Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. * Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months. * You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
